We understand that for LEGO and Tomica collectors, the condition of the box is just as important as the item inside. That is why we pack every order with double-layer bubble wrap and sturdy hard boxes. We treat your parcel the way we want our own parcels to be treated.

Here is how we get your toys to you:

1. KUCHING LOCAL DELIVERY (Same Day / Next Day)

Get your items fast with our local runner service.

Zone A: Kuching City Core (RM 7.00)
- Areas: City Center, Tabuan, BDC, Stutong, Pending, Batu Lintang.
Zone B: Kuching Outskirts (RM 18.00)
- Areas: Moyan, Matang, Petra Jaya, Batu Kawa, 7th Mile & beyond.
How it works: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically delivered on the same day. Orders after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Note: Please ensure someone is available to receive the item via Grab/Runner.

2. SARAWAK REGION (Outside Kuching)

For our friends in Sibu, Bintulu, Miri, Sarikei, Limbang, and Kapit.

Option A: Bus Express / Transporter (RM 15.00 FLAT RATE)

Best for: Large LEGO Sets or multiple items.
Why choose this? It is safer, faster, and cheaper for big boxes. Less risk of box damage compared to standard couriers.
Collection: You will need to self-collect at your local Bus Terminal (e.g., Biaramas / DH Express / Vital Focus).
ETA: Usually arrives within 24-48 hours.

Option B: Standard Courier (Door-to-Door)

Best for: Small items (Tomica) or lightweight LEGO sets.
Carrier: Pos Laju / J&T Express.
Rates: Calculated by weight at checkout.
- 0kg - 0.5kg: RM 8.00
- 0.5kg - 3kg: RM 12.00
- 3kg - 5kg: RM 15.00
- Heavy items: Rates up to RM 50.00.

3. FREE SHIPPING (Sarawak Only)

Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above RM 300.00 (within Sarawak).

Terms: We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method (Bus Express or Standard Courier) based on the size and weight of your package to ensure it arrives safely.

4. SABAH & WEST MALAYSIA (Air Freight)

We ship nationwide using Air Freight via Pos Laju / J&T.

Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on Volumetric Weight.
- Examples: Tomica starts from RM 15.00; Medium LEGO sets from RM 18.00 - RM 27.00.
- Large Sets: Heavy/Large sets (e.g., Technic, UCS) will have higher shipping fees due to airline charges.
ETA: Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery depending on customs and airline capacity.

FAQ

Q: Can I self-collect at your shop?
A: Yes! Select "Pick up" at checkout. It is Free of Charge. We are located at Level 1-037, Vivacity Megamall Kuching.

Q: Do you guarantee mint box condition?
A: We select the best available box from our stock and pack it with extreme care (Bubble wrap + Hard box). However, we cannot guarantee 100% perfection during courier transit as it is out of our control. If you are a strict "Mint Box Hunter", we highly recommend Self Pick-up or Bus Express.

Q: When will you ship my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email/WhatsApp once shipped.
